Businesses are encouraged to train, up skill and hire New Zealand workers before they hire migrants. If you are an employer and you cannot find suitable New Zealanders for a role, you can apply to hire migrants on the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV). You need to get accredited to show you are a viable business and you meet employment and immigration standards. So in case you are looking at hiring new migrants for your business, you have to be "Accredited"
We are a licensed Immigration business who can work with you to get this streamlined, and then assist in the process as required. We are currently working with a few businesses in the country to get them accredited, and are happy to work with you as well
